Delivery times shown at checkout are APPROXIMATE.
Please allow 5 business days before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order.
Delivery times are displayed at checkout are shown in 'business days'. (Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days).
An email with tracking information on it will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return an item either for a refund or to swap you can now use the link below to book your consignment and generate a delivery label. If it's an exchange you need then we'll even cover the cost for you!
Please follow the guide below to return your parcel:
1. Check your item
Make sure your item is in acceptable condition. We can not accept returns of used items. If you need to try skates on please do so inside a house on a carpeted floor. We can accept unused returns for refund or size swap within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us by phone or email if you have a warranty issue or a specific problem with a product, we can sometimes solve issues remotely.
2. Wrap your item
Items must be well packaged. Please do not attach packaging tape or returns labels directly to the box.
Tip: your item will have arrived with an external postal bag around it. If you can recycle this then please do so. If you don't have packaging materials you could wrap a bin-liner (or similar) around the box before sending it
3. Book Your Parcel
Click the button at the bottom of this page to be directed to the Royal Mail 'Tracked Returns' page. Here you'll be able to generate a returns label. This is free if you'd like to exchange your product (eg swap the size). If you require a refund then the return delivery is charged at NZ$16.00 for skates and NZ$7.90 for smaller items. This will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Processing your return
Once we have received your parcel back we will process your request. Please allow us 2 working days to process refunds (please note; your bank will take a few days to show the funds on your statement once we have refunded it). For size swaps we will send out your replacement size on the same or next working-day after receiving your parcel. We will not charge for re-delivery.
